It's a new year! Join us for the 5th annual Vision Board party!

This is our time for reclaiming goals, aspirations, and alignment with creative dreams. We begin to reflect on the ultimate questions: 

What am I inviting into my life and how do I want to experience it? 

Manifesting our greatest goals and dreams is a practice of both specificity and focus. We must be clear with ourselves about what it is that we truly want and maintain a connection with it. 

Envision 2018 as you'd like it to manifest in this 3-hour workshop that begins the week before with thoughtful journal prompts to activate the reflective process. 

We begin on January 6th with meditation, sound healing, and a cup of ceremonial cacao, a traditional heart-opening medicine from ancient Mayan culture. This delicious drink deepens the connection to your soul purpose and envisioning your life from an expanded perspective.

We'll journey through an envisioning meditation to clarify your heart's desires and align with your purpose, passion, aspirations, and dreams. Using magazine images we'll begin to translate the meditation into a visual representation that you will look upon everyday for the next year!  

Please bring your own scissors and a poster board of your choice -- size, color, thickness is all up to you! I'll bring various sizes of a cut-up cardboard box as well.
