Train With Love: Body Positive Movement is WithLoveDC's response to the desire for fitness classes and boot camp work outs with the added awareness that each of our bodies are PERFECT as they are. We feel so strongly that there is no single type of body that we should be striving towards. We move our bodies and work out together to feel strong, healthy, and powerful, not to fit the size or image that the media dictates we "should" be.

Train With Love: Body Positive Movement is a supportive and inspiring gathering where we will move, sweat, laugh, and have a platform to share our struggles and victories we encounter as we explore the relationships with our bodies, health, and body-image.

Meet Your Trainers


An Indiana native, Erin now calls DC home. She studies international relations at American University and is a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. Her health and fitness coaching brand - E.T. Trains - focuses on body positivity and taking care of yourself, first and foremost. Having done many half-marathons, she is taking it up a notch with an Ironman 70.3 triathlon this summer. She enjoys birdwatching and exploring the city. She is excited about bringing self-respect and body love to the health and fitness industry and DC!
