Shake Your Soul: The Yoga of Dance is a creative, fun, and stress-relieving movement class. You will get a workout and also have the opportunity to slow down and connect with being in your body. The focus of the class is on moving rather than following steps, so though there is instruction throughout the class, you will always be encouraged to do what feels right for you.
