To kick start the year, WineDown Yoga is teaming up again with Atticus from bhava and  on a 4 week journey that starts with a Full Moon ceremony on January 12th. We'll have sacred Guatemalan cacao, fire, essential oils, song, community and HIGH VIBES. 

Join us at 825 11th st NE (With Love DC & WineDown Yoga's home). The focus here is to harness the powers of the full moon and set intentions for the following 3 weeks of mind, body and soul expansion.
