What is VAK-OG? The Sensorial Modalities (Visual, Auditory, Kinesthetic, Olfactory and Gustative) are direct influencers on the way the mind and body process information. By activating our senses we re-writte the paths on our brain to remain calmed, focused and grateful, we modify our behavioral models and alter the chemical reactions created in our brains related to past, present and future.
