The Jewish Mindfulness Center of Washington at Adas Israel and WithLoveDC are excited to co-sponsor this special evening of heart-opening yoga and mindfulness led by Roni Zelivinski. We will be gathering together and practicing in support of Save a Child's Heart (SACH): an Israeli-based international humanitarian project that improves the quality of pediatric cardiac care for children in developing countries suffering from heart disease. SACH works internationally to create centers of competence that provide medical care to children in need regardless of nationality, religion, color, or gender. Please join us for this special evening of asana practice where we will share enough love to fill up our own hearts, and then gather some to send across the ocean <3.
