Come Wake Up With Love! We're combining our two favorite things...pop up yoga and recess for grown ups!

Join WithLoveDC as we wake up and start our morning with love, smiles, and good company. We'll be gathering together bright and early at Penn Social in downtown DC for some yoga and grown up recess!

Get ready to move, smile, and sweat before you head off to work with a smile on your face.

6:00-7:00 am Yoga Flow
7:00-8:30 am Recess

minimum ticket donation of $6

What to bring: your yoga mat, a water bottle, comfy clothes (for yoga), and sneakers (for recess), your favorite game (optional), a smile!

What we'll provide: an awesome love-filled yoga class, kick balls, chalk, jump rope, a good time (guaranteed)
